A dynamic real estate agent website featuring hero banners, property listings with category filtering, a media gallery for YouTube videos and images, agent profiles with contact details, client testimonials, and a consultation booking system. Built with React and Express, the platform includes a full admin dashboard for managing properties, agents, reviews, banners, and gallery content — giving the real estate business complete control over their online presence.

The Challenge
A growing real estate agency needed a professional online presence that went beyond a static brochure site. They required dynamic property listings that could be updated without developer involvement, a way to showcase video walkthroughs alongside photo galleries, a booking system for consultations, and a client review system to build trust. The existing workflow was entirely manual — listings were shared via WhatsApp and Facebook, agent information was scattered, and there was no centralized system for managing leads or property data.
The Approach
Built a full-stack application with Express.js and MongoDB on the backend, providing RESTful APIs for all content types — properties, agents, banners, gallery items, reviews, and bookings. Integrated Cloudinary for image and media management with automatic optimization. On the frontend, used React with Redux Toolkit for state management and ShadcnUI for a clean, professional component library. Designed the admin dashboard to be intuitive enough for non-technical staff to manage all content independently. Implemented category-based property filtering, a hybrid gallery supporting both YouTube embeds and image uploads, and a consultation booking form with email notifications.
